Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to read and understand manufacturing instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a variety of medical devices per written specifications and instructions.
• Maintain quality at approved production rates and document accordingly.
• Work independently or in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Follow Cook Quality Policy and adapt to various production tools and machines.
• Perform basic measuring and arithmetic related to production tasks.
• Identify and report quality problems to Management as needed.
• Handle materials and small parts, and comply with PPE requirements.
