MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Temple, TX. The role involves safely driving a company vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records and supplies, while using a handheld scanner to track items.

You will adhere to schedules, maintain a professional presence with clients, and support a team-driven culture. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, a valid driver’s license for at least three years, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19+ with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screens.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with technology and scanning devices.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals and related materials in a company-owned vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Follow all policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe driving and courteous behavior.
