MedSpeed is hiring a Medical Driver in San Jose, CA, to safely transport lab specimens, medical records, and supplies in a company vehicle. The role runs Monday–Friday, 5:00am–2:30pm, with paid time off and a company vehicle supplied.

Qualifications include a 3+ year driving history, an active driver’s license, and strong customer service skills. This full-time position offers health plans, 401(k), and on-demand pay options.

• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable using handheld technology and basic software.
• Able to follow procedures closely and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and supplies in a company vehicle.
• Operate a handheld scanner to track items through the transport cycle.
• Follow policies, procedures, and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload items with proper equipment and care.
• Demonstrate safe driving and conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
