The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided and routes may vary by client needs, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license for 3+ years.
• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination depending on location and local mandates.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials in company-owned vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload company vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Perform duties across routes as assigned and adjust to client needs.
