This employee performs routine delivery of oxygen and equipment in a professional, safe, and timely manner. Responsibilities include accurate recordkeeping, excellent customer service, and adherence to DOT/FDA/OSHA/company safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

1. Make oxygen deliveries (liquid oxygen, cylinder, and concentrator) and perform equipment checks on a daily route based on customer needs and routing system.
2. Perform minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance, and package equipment for shipment if repairs exceed minor work.
3. Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and orderly manner, including daily inspections and proper paperwork.
4. Clean rental equipment upon return and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
5. Follow FDA guidelines for cylinder tracking and oxygen analyzer testing.
6. Adhere to policies in the operations, safety, and regulatory manuals, including OSHA, DOT, and FDA standards.
7. Work as an on-call service representative evenings and weekends as scheduled, responding promptly and recording service details.
8. Serve as a backup to other employees when needed.
9. Complete tablet work related to inventory management.
