Clariness GmbH is seeking a freelance/project-based representative to manage clinical trial sites and ensure patient recruitment. The role focuses on patient contact, screening, and connecting doctors with patients via phone and email.

You will be the main point of contact for patients, work with nurses or CRA-level personnel, and ensure timely information flow. Evening hours may be required, depending on patient needs.

Qualificações

• Polish and English language skills are required.
• Background in nursing, CRA or medical field preferred.
• Experience in phone-based customer service or call centers is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Clariness by acting as the patient contact.
• Screen patients and facilitate connections between doctors and patients.
• Support clinicians and patients with information and scheduling as needed.

We are hiring a representative who will be managing clinical trial sites to ensure patient recruitment. If you have an interest in making a positive impact on people’s well-being and health, and love to engage with people during phone calls, we would like to work with you!

Your responsibilities:

• Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients.
• Screening patients (no sales calls, pure customer service).
• Being part of the team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other.

Your profile:

• You speak Polish (mother-tongue) and English.
• You have worked as a Nurse, CRA, or a position in the medical field.
• You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
• You have an understanding of medical topics.
• You have initial experience in handling customers’ requests via phone and email, ideally, you have even already worked in a Call Center before.
• You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.
• You can work in the morning, noon, afternoon and if necessary evening time.
