Healogics, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle billing inquiries, payments, and patient information updates. The role requires handling calls and emails, resolving account discrepancies, and setting up payment plans within CMS guidelines.
Ideal candidates have at least two years in a Billing Office environment, high school diploma, and strong data entry plus MS Outlook/Excel proficiency. This is an on-site opportunity with competitive hourly pay in a healthcare setting.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of duties which include answering calls from internal and external customers, handling correspondence, troubleshooting, setting up payment plans, processing credit card payments, updating patient demographics and insurance information, and other duties as assigned. All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.
The hourly rate for this role is 19.20 - 21.00 USD. Hourly. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications: education, experience, geography as well as operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
