Job summary

Labcorp is a global leader in laboratory services, seeking a Courier to join our team in Roseville, MN. The role is a 2nd shift position (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–7:30pm) with a 10% shift differential. You will load supplies, complete pickups, and deliver them to the branch while handling specimens safely.

No prior experience or education is required, but driving with a clean record and customer service skills are valued. Excellent time management is essential.

Labcorp is seeking a Courier to join our team in Roseville, MN

Work Schedule: 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 7:30pm

additional 10% shift differential included for 2nd shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickups
• Complete daily pick up schedule in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications:

• No experience or education required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current or Prior Labcorp experience
• 2 or more years of professional courier or route-based delivery experience within a medical or laboratory company.
• 1 or more years of experience handling medical specimens or supporting hospital / laboratory operations
• 2 or more years of experience using handheld delivery-management devices or route optimization tools, such as scanners, GPS-based routing software, or dispatch applications

Additional Job Standards:

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Punctual with strong time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to problem solve customer issues
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
