Job summary

Rapid Medical is seeking a contract driver to support our logistics operations across multiple states, including Pennsylvania. Earn $120 per day with weekly bonuses and a sign-on bonus, operating as an independent contractor with 1099-NEC responsibilities.

You will run scheduled stops, capture proof of delivery, handle specimens with care, and work from a driver app that provides navigation, route preview, and real-time dispatch support. Training provided upfront.

Qualifications

• Smartphone with reliable data plan and on-call readiness.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• 21+ years old; U.S. residency.

Responsibilities

• Operate stops via driver app with built-in navigation, scheduling, and real-time support.
• Photograph pickups and deliveries and log proof of delivery in the app.
• Handle specimens carefully and maintain required temperature as needed.
• Immediately contact dispatch if any item is damaged or mispackaged.

Total Miles: 67

Rate: $120

Weekly bonus opportunity: $20-$100

Sign-On Bonus $150

Days: SAT

Start Time: 12:00 PM

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
• Weekly bonus: $20–$100
• Training bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.

What the Route Looks Like

• Run your stops using our driver app — navigation, scheduling, and real-time support built in
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app
• Handle specimens carefully and keep proper temperature (room, refrigerated, or frozen as required)
• Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off
