Job summary

Rapid Medical seeks independent contractors to join our logistics network, delivering to labs, clinics, and health systems across multiple states. This is a contract freelancer role with an all-inclusive route rate and mileage covered in the package.

You'll use our driver app for stops, capture proof of delivery, and ensure proper handling of specimens. Training and ongoing dispatch support are provided, with a weekly bonus opportunity and a sign-on bonus for qualified drivers.

Qualifications

• Must have personal vehicle, valid license, active insurance, and satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Run stops using driver app with navigation and scheduling.
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery.
• Handle specimens carefully and maintain required temperatures as required.
• Contact dispatch immediately if anything looks damaged or off.

Rapid Medical is a tech-forward logistics partner for labs, clinics, and health systems — operating across various states and managing thousands of daily stops that keep healthcare running.

Total Miles: 110

Rate: $140

Weekly bonus opportunity: $20-$100

Sign-On Bonus $150

Days: M-F

Start Time: 6:30 PM

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
• Weekly bonus: $20–$100
• Training bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.

What the Route Looks Like
