Job summary

Rapid Medical seeks contractor courier drivers to support our lab, clinic, and health system network across multiple states. You will follow a mapped route, capture proofs of delivery, and ensure proper handling of specimens per required temperatures.

The role offers an all-inclusive per-route rate of $82, a weekly bonus up to $100, and a $150 sign-on bonus after 30 days with no call-offs. Start point is Delmont, PA and candidates within 15 miles of the route are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and active insurance.
• Reliable smartphone with data plan.
• Satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Delivery or courier experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute stops along the route using the driver app.
• Photograph pickups and deliveries and log proof of delivery.
• Handle specimens carefully and maintain required temperatures.
• Coordinate with dispatch for any issues or delays.

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route - mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
• Weekly bonus: $20-$100
• Training bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.

What the Route Looks Like

• Run your stops using our driver app - navigation, scheduling, and real-time support built in
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app
• Handle specimens carefully and keep proper temperature (room, refrigerated, or frozen as required)
• Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off
