Job summary

Rapid Medical is a tech-forward logistics partner handling labs, clinics, and health systems across multiple states with thousands of daily stops. The contractor route covers Pittsburgh, PA 15213, with a personal vehicle, valid license, insurance, and a clean driving record.

You’ll use a driver app for scheduling, logging proof of delivery, and real-time support. A 60 USD daily rate plus weekly bonus and sign-on bonus are offered, with a 21+ age requirement and safety guidelines adhered to.

Qualifications

• Personal vehicle (2016+ preferred) with valid license, active insurance and a clean MVR.
• Smartphone (iOS 13+/Android 11+) with reliable data connection.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Run stops using the driver app with built-in navigation, scheduling and real-time dispatch.
• Photograph pickups and deliveries and log proof of delivery in the app.
• Handle specimens carefully and maintain required temperatures (room/refrigerated/frozen).
• Notify dispatch immediately if items are damaged or improperly packaged.

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
• Weekly bonus: $50
• Training bonus: $60 paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.
