Job description

LabCorp seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join our team in City, State.

In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• At least 21 years old
• Previous driver/courier experience preferred
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Punctuality and strong time management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to solve customer issues
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Load necessary supplies for daily pickups
• Complete daily pickup schedule promptly
• Deliver pickups to your branch at the end of your shift
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently
• Operate company vehicle safely and obey traffic laws
• Use handheld electronic device for managing pickups
• Coordinate with dispatcher for additional pickups
• Assess traffic, routes, and weather conditions
• Pick up and deliver STAT samples

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 11am - 8pm

Optional: Includes a company vehicle for route use. For $100/month, you can take the vehicle home for personal use, with all gas, tolls, and maintenance covered by the company.
