LabCorp is seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join our team in City, State. In this role, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• At least 21 years old
• Previous driver/courier experience preferred
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Punctual with strong time management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to solve customer issues
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Load necessary supplies for daily pickups
• Complete daily pickup schedule promptly
• Deliver daily pickups to your branch
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently
• Operate company vehicle safely and obey traffic laws
• Use handheld electronic device for managing pickups
• Coordinate with dispatcher for additional pickups
• Evaluate traffic, routes, and weather conditions
• Pick up and deliver STAT samples

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm

Optional: Company vehicle provided. For $100/month, you can take it home for personal use; all gas, tolls, and maintenance are covered.

Benefits: Employees working 20+ hours/week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Part-time employees working less than 20 hours can participate in the 401(k) plan only.
