AdMed is seeking a Medical Director to provide scientific leadership across pharmaceutical and healthcare training and marketing initiatives. You will ensure clinical accuracy, scientific rigor, and strategic relevance of medical content while serving as a trusted partner to internal teams and clients.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in life sciences or equivalent; PhD/MD/PharmD strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in medical writing, medical communications, pharmaceutical training, healthcare marketing, or related field.
• Strong scientific and clinical knowledge with ability to rapidly understand complex therapeutic areas and data.
• Proven experience leading development and review of scientifically accurate medical content.
• Experience mentoring medical writers and content teams.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled content development tools and responsible AI use.
