Acadia Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director, Content Development for Medical Affairs to lead creation and scientific review of medical content supporting strategic communication. You will partner across Medical Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, and Commercial to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information related to Acadia’s products and therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

PharmD, PhD, or MD in a scientific discipline or related field.
7+ years of Medical Affairs experience in pharma/biotech.
5+ years in Scientific Communications or related medical content functions.
Experience developing medical content for scientific exchange.
Experience with MLR/MRC review processes.
Strong analytical skills interpreting scientific data.

Responsibilities

Lead development and scientific review of medical content for scientific exchange.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely information across products and programs.
Review corporate, investor relations, commercial, and medical materials for scientific accuracy.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for medical material development and review.
Provide guidance to MLR and MRC teams; translate literature into actionable materials.
Prioritize resources and foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
