Chattanooga Pain Surgery Center is seeking a Full-Time Collections Coordinator to join our Business Office team. The role focuses on managing claims reimbursement and collection efforts across various insurance types.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in medical collections, revenue cycle, or billing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on delinquent surgery center claims, working an expected number of claims per day.
• Maintain communication with patients regarding out-of-pocket amounts.
• Identify accounts that have been under or overpaid and issue credit balances.
