CVS Health in Georgia is seeking a qualified Medical Records Auditor to perform audit and abstraction of records, identify ICD codes, and ensure accuracy for CMS risk adjustment. You will work with established guidelines and deadlines to support compliant coding.

Ideal candidates have CPC or CCS-P, 1+ year of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ICD coding systems. Full-time, on-site role with strong benefits and bonus eligibility.

Formación

• 1 year or more of medical record review, diagnosis coding or auditing.
• CPC or CCS-P certification required.
• Experience with ICD codes required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and abstract medical records to identify ICD codes for CMS risk adjustment.
• Support coding judgments using evidence and tools.
• Assign accurate diagnoses as documented by providers.
• Follow guidelines to ensure medical necessity and regulatory compliance.
• Identify active vs historical conditions and meet strict deadlines.
