You will scrub claims, manage denials, and collaborate with payers and the billing company to ensure timely payments.

The role requires a CPC credential, 3–4 years of coding or billing experience, and proficiency with EMR and MS Office. HIPAA compliance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Code and submit claims with correct ICD and CPT codes.
• Scrub claims for clean submission and handle denials/appeals.
• Communicate with billing company, hospitals, and payers as needed.
• Participate in coding audits and stay updated on CPT/ICD changes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and timely responses to inquiries.
