Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Coder/Biller in Atlanta, GA to support coding, billing, reimbursement, and compliance for the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) revenue cycle.

You will review operative reports, assign ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes, capture implant charges, and submit clean claims. As ASC coding shifts in-house, you will help establish standardized coding processes and workflows, collaborate with physicians, payers, and cross-functional teams, and explore AI-assisted coding and

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of medical billing and coding experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS coding systems and modifiers.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding or denial management tools preferred.
• Familiarity with ASC, hospital, or facility billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Review operative reports to identify procedures, diagnoses, implants, and services for coding.
• Assign accurate ICD-10 diagnosis codes and CPT/HCPCS procedure codes.
• Capture implant charges and ensure timely, clean claim submissions.
• Review front-end rejections and payer messages to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, Revenue Cycle, and payers to improve workflows.
