Red Rock is seeking a dedicated finance professional in Oklahoma City to manage insurance claim denials, evaluate validity, and rebill as needed to optimize payments. The role emphasizes timely communication with clinical and business office staff and maintaining a healthy A/R profile.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of billing/claims research experience, strong data entry skills, and a solid grasp of problem-solving and teamwork. The position offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• One year of insurance billing and claims research experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent with business courses.
• Ten key data entry, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Researches denial of claims, evaluates and rebills as necessary to ensure maximum accurate payment.
• Communicates with Business Office or clinical staff regarding coverage and denials.
• Sustains aged accounts receivable under 120 days.
• Maintains integrity and accuracy in claims processing.
• Performs other duties as required.
