Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and unpaid balances.
• Contact insurance companies to check claim statuses and resolve payment delays.
• Research claim denials, billing errors, and discrepancies.
• Document claim updates and communications accurately in the billing system.
• Communicate with insurance representatives, healthcare providers, and patients as needed.
• Assist with insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
• Work with the billing team to improve claim resolution and collections.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established billing procedures.
