Acrisure Trade Credit is seeking a claims professional to thoroughly investigate claims, assess coverage, and identify subrogation opportunities. You will manage medical issues, schedule timely appointments, and work with the Team Manager to flag red flags while keeping files meticulously documented.

The role requires ongoing education to maintain licensing, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Pass state license tests where required.
• Complete ongoing education credits to maintain license.
• Attend training on workers’ compensation statutes for assigned states.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time-management with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims including coverage and subrogation.
