Job Summary

Remote positions available - temporary

$17.00 per hour

We are seeking multiple temporary associates for an Intake position.

• This is a temporary position expected to last 60 to 120 days.
• A training class is provided during the first week. New employees will work 8:00 to 4:30 pm CT during training.
• After training, you can set your schedule between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm CT.

Responsibilities

1. Intake and create cases in all applicable systems.
2. Perform timely data entry of necessary information.
3. Adjust medical claims as needed.
4. Contact customers to obtain necessary information on medical claims.
5. Research systems to identify data needed to complete cases.
6. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
7. Uphold the company's core values and competencies.
8. Note: Due to exposure to PHI, this role is considered high risk.

Compensation

The salary is $17.00/hour, with offers considering education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, and bonus opportunities.
