Job description

Join us as a Medical Center Representative at Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders

We are seeking dedicated individuals for a full-time front office position at our Centerville location. The role involves check-in/check-out duties, appointment scheduling, and clerical tasks, with hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on office needs.

Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting patients and visitors
  • Scheduling appointments and managing medical records
  • Processing payments, including co-pays and billings
  • Understanding insurance policies and updating information
  • Registering new patients and verifying documentation
  • Explaining after-visit care and scheduling tests and referrals
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Email, and electronic health records
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range is $15.00/hr to $23.00/hr, based on experience and skills. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, life and disability coverage, and paid time off starting from day one.
