Job summary

NSPC is seeking a Center Manager to ensure efficient daily operations of the assigned medical office location. You will lead administrative and clinical staff, maintain workflows, and support providers to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include EMR task completion, patient records readiness, scheduling, staff development, and ensuring adherence to NSPC policies and regulatory requirements. Travel to company locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of private medical office management and supervision experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience operating a licensed and accredited ambulatory surgery center where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with EMR and/or Electronic Practice Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over daily center administrative and clinical staff functions.
• Ensure timely completion of EMR tasks and patient records preparation.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information for accurate billing.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments per NSPC guidelines.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate staff; address employee relations as needed.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Physicians for center opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with NSPC policies, OSHA, and HIPAA rules.
