Job summary

The operator will manage HVAC, boilers, generators, plumbing, medical gas, elevators, and low voltage systems in a high-demand healthcare environment, ensuring safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• EPA certification due within 6 months of hire.
• Journey-level experience operating complex building systems at a large medical center campus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building systems such as heat, steam, generators, air compressors, vacuum pumps, and medical gas systems.
• Respond to fire alarms and emergencies; act as first responder for minor building repairs.
• Monitor and maintain building infrastructure including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, elevators and control systems.
