Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in a cost‑effective manner, aligned with URAC standards and CMSA Standards of Practice.
• Support patients/employees with insurance benefits including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
• Contribute to ongoing QA guidelines and coordinate care across multiple stakeholders.

Location Requirement
Candidates must be based in the Northwest Los Angeles County area, including Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Woodland Hills, Westlake Village, Simi Valley, Calabasas, Camarillo, and surrounding communities, and be willing to travel locally for field case management visits.
