Job summary

Crawford seeks an experienced RN Case Manager for the South Los Angeles County region. This role combines remote work with local field travel to assess and coordinate patient care across workers’ compensation, health and disability programs.

The ideal candidate holds an RN degree, national certification (CCM/CRC/COHN/CRRN) preferred, and will provide care aligned with URAC and CMSA standards. This role offers competitive compensation with quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in a cost-efficient manner per URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
• Support patients/employees with insurance lines including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
