Crawford is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to oversee health case management for our client populations in the Northern Los Angeles County region. This remote role requires local field travel to Palmdale, Lancaster, and Bakersfield, with a focus on cost-effective, high-quality care.

You will manage cases across Workers' Comp, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management, following URAC and CMSA guidelines, and will coordinate services to optimize outcomes while ensuring

Formación

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers' Comp Case Management experience a plus.
