The ideal candidate is organized, patient focused, and able to communicate effectively in a busy medical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner
• Provide accurate information regarding medical terminology and office procedures to callers
• Utilize computer systems for data entry and record-keeping
