Job summary

TEKsystems in Towson, MD is seeking a Medical AR Billing Supervisor to lead a team responsible for AR billing, follow-up, and collections. The role requires 3+ years in healthcare AR billing and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

The position is permanent and hybrid in Towson, with a pay range of $60,000 to $85,000 per year. A degree is a plus but not required, and benefits include 401k and medical/dental coverage.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: 3 years of AR medical billing, follow up and collections experience.
• Must have 2 or more years of supervisor/team lead experience of medical billers.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree would be a PLUS but not a must.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare billing, collections, RCM.
• At least 2+ years as either a team lead/supervisor over a team.
• Strong background in medical billing/collections with the ability to directly assist reps with job tasks.
• Behavioral/mental health building is a PLUS, but not a must.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
