Qualifications

• Experience in medical or dental billing preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
• Ability to stay organized under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work through the billing cycle for all ApexNetwork PT locations.
• Handle account auditing, payment posting, and accounts receivable.
• Provide benefit reviews and answer patient questions.
• Perform electronic and paper billing.
• Handle phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Collaborate with team to problem solve and meet goals.
• Learn Apex protocol and become proficient with software systems.
