We are sourcing for a highly skilledMedical Billing Specialistfor our client inWoburn, MA.This role will overseeMotor Vehicle Accident (MVA)andWorkers’ Compensation (WC)claims billing across multiple clinics in Massachusetts.

This position plays a vital role in managing the full revenue cycle process—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of medical billing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle billing for MVA and WC claims
• Submit accurate and timely claims to insurance carriers
• Handle denials, appeals, and third-party liability (TPL) disputes
• Collaborate with adjusters, attorneys, and clinics to resolve outstanding balances
• Monitor A/R and drive collections to meet revenue targets
• Ensure accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
• Stay current on billing regulations and best practices

What We're Looking for

• 2–5 years of experiencein medical billing preferably with a focus on MVA and WC claims in Massachusetts
• Proficiency in billing software and EHR/EMR systems
