• Provide training and support to clients' billing staff, ensuring they are proficient in using medical billing software and understanding billing regulations.
• Keep abreast of changes in medical billing laws, regulations, and trends, and advise clients accordingly.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive financial services to clients.
• Handle complex billing issues and disputes, liaising with insurance companies as necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on billing activities and strategies for clients and senior management.
