Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing and revenue cycle processes.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Post insurance and patient payments into the EMR system.
• Review and reconcile payment transactions for accuracy.
• Process insurance claims, payments, adjustments, and denials.
• Research discrepancies and assist with account resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the billing system.
• Collaborate with internal teams on revenue cycle operations.
• Follow procedures while meeting daily productivity goals.
