Responsibilities

• Handle timely billing, follow-up and collection efforts on outstanding receivables.
• Identify and post adjustments based on negotiated rates and provide documentation to payers.
• Interpret EOBs, communicate with insurers, and resolve denials to expedite payments.
• Oversee issuance of bills, receipts and invoices and follow up on submitted claims.
• Resubmit denied claims on time and monitor delinquent accounts.
• Ensure posting and data entry are performed accurately.
