HealthPoint Family Care in Florence, KY is seeking a full-time Medical Billing Specialist to manage patient and insurance billings, including charge entry, payments, accounts receivable, and payer communications.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (up to 2 days per week after 120 days) with hours 8:00–4:30, Monday–Friday, plus a $6,000 sign-on bonus after 6 months and a $1,500 service bonus after 18 months.

Qualifications

• Must have prior medical billing experience.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with insurance billing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient and insurance billings in a timely and efficient manner.
• Charge entry and payment entry processes.
• Accounts receivable management and aging.
• Respond to patients and payers; handle special projects as assigned.

$6000 bonus after 6 months of employment

This position is responsible for managing all patient and insurance billings in a timely and efficient manner. This includes, but is not limited to, charge entry, payment entry, accounts receivable management, and responding to patients and payers and special projects as assigned.
