Responsibilities

• Coordinate with third-party billing company to resolve billing questions and unpaid claims.
• Review claims for accuracy and submit to insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and private payers promptly.
• Investigate and resolve denied or rejected claims with insurance companies.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
