Job summary

Winners Circle Group of Texas is seeking a Patient Account Representative to support revenue cycle operations, including claims submission, payment posting, and denial management. You will collaborate with intake, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure accurate posting and timely reimbursement.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical billing, familiarity with multiple payors, and strong communication skills while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle preferred.
• Experience with multiple payors, payor portals, and billing software preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 and denial follow-up is a plus.
• Ability to collect patient co-pays and document payments professionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit claims through electronic billing systems and payor portals.
• Verify billing information for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor claim status, denials, and edits; follow up to resolution.
• Post payments, adjustments, and denials according to EOBs and payor guidelines.
• Maintain organized billing records and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
