What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Maintain Revenue Cycle Services and resolve billing issues or denials requiring clinical expertise
2. Research, work on, and resolve claim denials and rejections for assigned clients
3. Assume ownership of assigned clients for all aspects of the billing cycle, including charges, payments, and AR metrics
4. Develop processes and procedures for each assigned account
5. Communicate regularly with assigned clients regarding trends and recommended resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 1-2 years of medical accounts receivable experience
2. High School Diploma or equivalent
3. Knowledge of ICD10 and CPT coding
4. Strong organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and medical billing software systems
5. Ability to interpret medical records and documentation related to medical claims

3. Ability to identify and resolve workflow trends
