DaMar Staffing in Missouri is looking for a Medical Billing Manager with 2–5 years of experience, including a supervisory role. You will guide our billing team, streamline processes, and drive accuracy from claims submission to denial resolution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of medical billing experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Experience with billing platforms Emomed, Trizetto, Gateway EDI or Availity.
• Excel proficiency with pivot tables and formulas.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and present to executives with ease.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a team of billing staff.
• Presenting trend reports and insights to leadership.
