You will lead full-cycle billing, provide leadership to the team, and present insights to executives, while ensuring HIPAA and payer regulations are met. This on-site role offers growth in healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of medical billing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Experience with billing platforms such as Emomed, Trizetto, Gateway EDI, or Availity.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full medical billing lifecycle from charge entry to collections.
• Lead and motivate the billing staff team.
• Present trend reports and insights to leadership.

Managing the full medical billing lifecycle - from charge entry to collections

Leading and motivating a team of billing staff

Presenting trend reports and insights to leadership

Ensuring claims comply with Medicare/Medicaid, commercial payer, and HIPAA standards

Identifying process gaps and implementing improvements

Training new staff and being the go-to expert for billing operations

2-5 years of medical billing experience (with 1+ years in a supervisory role)

Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial insurance

Experience with billing platforms like Emomed, Trizetto, Gateway EDI, or Availity. Excel wizardry (pivot tables? formulas?)

Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

Confidence to lead meetings and present to executives with ease
