Advanced Technologies Home Care is seeking a Medical Billing Manager to lead our billing team and ensure accurate, compliant claims processing across the full lifecycle from entry to collection.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in medical billing with supervisory experience, strong CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS knowledge, and hands-on use of Emomed/Trizetto/Gateway EDI/Availity. Excel proficiency and executive-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of medical billing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance.
• Experience with billing platforms such as Emomed, Trizetto, Gateway EDI, or Availity.
• Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full medical billing lifecycle—from charge entry to collections.
• Lead and motivate the billing staff team.
• Present trend reports and insights to leadership.
• Ensure claims comply with Medicare/Medicaid, commercial payer, and HIPAA standards.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Train new staff and serve as the go-to billing operations expert.
