Job summary

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will scrub claims, correct denials, and ensure compliance with coding regulations in a fast-paced RCM environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing claims before submission, analyzing denial reasons, staying current with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS updates, and collaborating with providers to improve billing processes. Epic experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Review and scrub medical claims for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Correct coding denials by analyzing the reasons for denial and making necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant coding guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and billing staff to resolve coding issues and improve processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding updates, regulations, and best practices.
• Generate reports on coding denials and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to staff on coding practices and procedures.
