Staffing For Doctors is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to join a U.S.-based chiropractic practice. The role focuses on medical billing and revenue cycle management with light administrative support.

The ideal candidate has hands-on billing experience in a chiropractic setting, is comfortable with insurance claims and A/R, and must have direct experience using ChiroTouch EMR. This is a remote, full-time contractor position with Pacific Time hours.

• Ability to work the required Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Biller to join a U.S.-based chiropractic practice. The primary focus of this role is medical billing and revenue cycle management, with some light administrative support as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with medical billing in a chiropractic practice, is highly comfortable working with insurance claims and accounts receivable, and has direct experience using ChiroTouch EMR.

This position requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, follow up consistently, and communicate effectively with a U.S.-based healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced medical billing professional, not simply a general virtual assistant. They should be able to independently manage day-to-day billing responsibilities, understand the insurance and claims process, and work confidently inside ChiroTouch.

ChiroTouch experience is mandatory for this position.
