Job summary

Receivable Solutions in Lombard, IL seeks a part-time Medical Billing Data Entry Specialist to handle client billing and account follow-up. The role involves data entry, insurance communications, and patient scheduling, with ~20 hours per week at our Lombard office.

Experience with Medisoft, Availity or Office Ally is preferred; training is provided with growth into management. Chiropractic/Pod iatry/ Mental Health billing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must enter data quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology, CPT/HCPCS/Revenue Codes/Modifiers.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.
• Payer portal and clearinghouse experience preferred.
• Experience not required; training with growth into management.
• Chiropractic, Podiatry & Mental Health billing experience a plus.
• Salary will be commensurate with experience.

• A very busy & growinghome basedmedical billing company is looking for a person to take on the important role of entering our clients billing & account follow up. Experience with Medisoft & Revenue Management preferred. Knowledge of Availity, Office Ally, data entry, payment posting, working with insurance companies, dealing with patient, answering telephones, scheduling patients, also preferred. Experience is not required and willing to train with growth into Management. Prior experience working with Chiropractic, Podiatry & Mental Health is a plus!! The position is located in Lombard, IL
