The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Medicaid billing, CPT/HCPCS codes, and proficient Excel; strong accuracy and productivity are required for this contract-to-hire position with standard hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of behavioral health claims or medical billing experience - required.
• Hands-on experience processing or billing behavioral health claims.
• Experience with EHR systems and computerized billing.
• Familiarity with CPT and HCPCS codes.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Medicaid claims/billing is strongly preferred; commercial behavioral health billing experience may also be considered.
