Responsibilities

• Submit electronic CMS-1500 claims.
• Review and scrub claims prior to submission.
• Update patient financial information and account data.
• Process remittances and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
• Post medical payments and account transactions.
• Research and resolve claim denials.
• Prepare and submit appeals when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
• Attend quarterly in-person meetings.
