Prime Healthcare Services is seeking a Medical Biller in Dallas, TX to manage patient billing and insurance claims for our physician group and hospital services. The role focuses on accurate coding, timely reimbursements, and clear communication with patients and insurers.

Responsibilities include reviewing charts, submitting claims, following up on denials, and sending bills for balances. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills are required in a full-time, day-shift

Qualifications

• Knowledge of multiple insurance billing requirements and 1-2 years of billing experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Services experience required.
• High School Graduate or GED Equivalent Required (effective 4/1/14 for all new hires)

Location: Dallas Medical Physician Group - Mesquite, TX

We are seeking a Medical Biller, sometimes referred to as a Hospital Billing Specialist, Patient Accounts Representative or Insurance Billing Specialist. As our Medical Biller, you will manage patient billing and insurance claims in our Physician Group or Hospital. The Medical Biller will ensure accurate coding, timely reimbursements and clear communication between patients, insurers, and our medical group or hospital departments.
